7-القواعد المنظمة لاستكمال البرنامج:
-1- ان يكون حاصلا على درجة البكالريوس فى علوم التمريض بتقدير عام على الاقل جيد ومادة التخصص جيد جدا من إحدى جامعات جمهورية مصر العربيه او على درجه معادله من جامعه اخرى معترف بهامن المجلس الاعلى للجامعات,للدراسات العليا .
-2- ان يكون الطالب قد زاول مهنة التمريض لمده لا تقل عن سنتين بعد السنه التدريبيه (الامتياز) فى مستشفى جامعى او تعليمى ,او يكون قد عين معيد بالجامعه لمدة عام على الاقل بعد السنه التدريبيه.

This course provides master students with knowledge, skills, and attitude required to care for adult patient with various Medical Surgical health problems affecting the different body systems; through utilization of the nursing process. The course reflects innovative and flexible teaching and learning strategies, focusing on clinical role, advancement that enhances the quality of patient care, develop research expertise by utilizing critical thinking and evidence based practice.

Overall aims of course
1) To list and outline the causes and basic mechanisms of disease.
2) To identify and explain organ based alterations in structure and function associated with disease.
3) To develop skills of observation, interpretation and integration needed to analyze human
disease.
4) To point out the most likely diagnosis and differential diagnosis when provided with the anatomical lesions, and the laboratory data of a patient.

The master degree graduate should be able to:
6. Recognize the normal structure and function of the body and major systems.
7. Discuss an appropriate functional background of cells, tissues, organs & systems.
8. Describe the integration of physiological functions, which characterize the
performanceof the human body as a whole in health.
9. Mention the physiological principles underlying diseases states that aids in interpretation of symptoms.

By the end of the program the nurse student should be able to:

A1- Explain the general components of blood and its functions, mechanism of blood coagulation and regulation of blood volume and understand some of clinical conditions occurring due to deficiency of one or more of the blood components.
A2- Describe the functional structure of the respiratory system,, respiratory cycle, its mechanism, regulation of normal respiration , respiratory functions of the blood and some conditions related to disorders of the respiratory system.
A3- Mention the properties of the cardiac muscle and factors affecting them and the
functional structure of the circulatory system.
A4- Describe the structure and functions of the Autonomic nervous system, its higher centers, autonomic receptors and chemical transmitters

-1- ان يكون حاصلا على درجة البكالريوس فى علوم التمريض بتقدير عام على الاقل جيد ومادة التخصص جيد جدا من إحدى جامعات جمهورية مصر العربيه او على درجه معادله من جامعه اخرى معترف بهامن المجلس الاعلى للجامعات,للدراسات العليا .
-2- ان يكون الطالب قد زاول مهنة التمريض لمده لا تقل عن سنتين بعد السنه التدريبيه (الامتياز) فى مستشفى جامعى او تعليمى ,او يكون قد عين معيد بالجامعه لمدة عام على الاقل بعد السنه التدريبيه.

This course aims to develop competencies of the candidate in the fields of general & specific functions of cell, cardiovascular system, blood, respiratory system, nerve and muscle, autonomic nervous system and metabolism.

1- Recognize the theoretical knowledge & skills in catering for the language demands of their major study, advanced Course assignments include writing, speaking, reading tasks for academic and communication purposes, & emphasis is on basic nursing word structure, prefixes, suffixes, combining forms, and pronunciation. Students learn standard nursing vocabulary and nursing abbreviations.
