This course aims to upgrade the student knowledge, skills and attitude to deal effectively, independently and interdependently with children’s normal and abnormal growth and developmental issues from birth to adolescence

At the end of this course the post graduate student will be able to:

A.2. Describe the gross and fine motor milestones of the newborn, infant and toddler.
A.3. Describe language development in different developmental stages.
A.4. Discuss common issues related to growth and development during the different developmental stages.
A.5.Explain factors that influence development
A.6. Recognize different types of growth charts used to assess growth
