2- هدف المقرر:
 
 
Providing student with Knowledge and attitude concerning women with normal and abnormal gynecological conditions and recent trends in family planning methods.
 
3- المستهدف من تدريس المقرر :
أ- المعلومات والمفاهيم:
 
A1. Describe the reproductive endocrine physiology
A2. Discuss irregularities in menstruation and dysfunctional uterine bleeding
A3. Explain advanced modalities in assessment of patient with common gynecological problems.
A4.Describe the advancement in assisted reproductive technology.
A 5. Discuss recent trends in family planning methods
A6. Discuss common gynecological oncology problems.

B1.Indicate differential diagnosis in common gynecological problems.
B2.classify types, causes and measures of assessment concerning common gynecological problems.
B3.Interpret pathophysiology of common gynecological conditions.
B4. Evaluate recent modalities in the management of common gynecological conditions.
B5.summerize recent modalities in contraceptive methods.
ج- المهارات المهنية الخاصة بالمقرر:
C1. The course has no practical hours, however, students could present algorithm in recent modality of assessment and management of some gynecological problems.
C.2 Inspect advanced instruments or tools that are used in patient assessment

Unit 4 gynecological oncology
- Fibroid uterus
- Benign ovarian disorders
- Endometriosis
- Malignant condition of the cervix
- Malignant condition of the uterus
- Malignant condition of the ovaries
Unit 5 urinary and anal incontinence
Unit 6 Genital tract injuries
