2- هدف المقرر:

Enhancing students about the new trends in assisted reproductive technology, recent modalities for diagnostic use during pregnancy and obstetrics and recent modalities for diagnosis of gynecological problems. Specific attention is given to exposing students to meeting the health needs for specific groups of women and vital statistics. The role of the national council for women in Egypt is also address.

A.1Discuss the ethical psychosocial issues pertaining to the assisted reproductive technology.
A.2 Discuss health needs of women and vital statistics.
A.3Recognize the safety of the patient in using the ART.
A.4 Discuss counseling aspect; physical, psychological, social and medical items related to the ART
A.5 Describe nursing problem of patient requiring vaginal cytology.
A.6 Describe nursing problem of patient requiring laparoscopy.
A.7 Explain the needs of patients requiring advanced technological methods in Obstetrics and Gynecology
